Classical Action:
Performing Arts Against AIDS
A Program of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS
Year: 2013
Throughout the year, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS produces a broad array of exciting annual fundraising events and unique one-time events. None of this would be possible without the steadfast support, creativity and enthusiasm of the theatre community.
With the generous support of producers and theatre owners, the companies of Broadway, Off-Broadway and national touring shows – actors, dancers, singers, stage managers, wardrobe and hair personnel, musicians, technicians and backstage crews, company managers, ushers and box office personnel – all contribute to BC/EFA’s extraordinary fundraising success and entertainment.
And while Broadway Cares prides itself in first-rate entertainment at each of our events, when the curtain comes down what we celebrate most is the money raised for those who desperately need our help.
